Blaze Left and Bottom Right Buttons stopped working. But I am able to turn it on using left button?

Hi,


Since yesterday I noticed that my Fitbit Blaze left and bottom right buttons stopped working. But I am able to turn the device on using the left button. I assume this must be some sort of firmware glitch. I have seen tons of people complaining about the same issue in several Thread topics.

 

I am running the latest firmware(17.8.402.1) and tried many different things like change clock face, shutdown many different times and other stuff that people suggested. The Buttons seems quite fine(their "click" is exactly like the only one button(top right) that is working. For me it is a weird coincidence that both left and bottom right buttons stopped working at same time...

 

Does anyone have a solution to those button issues?

In the meantime I opened a Support incident and fitbit is instructing me to buy a new device as the warranty is expired.

 

It is absolutelly annoying to me as I can turn the device on using the same button which does not funktion when the device is running....

 

Tons of people are complaining about such issue.... Annoying.
