Blaze Malfunctioning

Hi Fitbit Community,

I purchased the Blaze about two weeks ago and have had no issues with it until now. I was able to set it up, charge it, connect it to and sync it with my phone, install the update and was using it with no issues.

As of about an hour ago, after fully charging my Blaze, I removed it from the charger and went to put it back in my wristband when I noticed the screen showing just the fitbit logo.

At first I tried tappping the screen, swiping the screen, and pressing the buttons but nothing changed. I have since tried everything to get it to work, from holding down all the buttons (individually and together), restarting it as instructed in troubleshooting, putting it back into the charger, but I cant get the **ahem** thing to turn off or restart.

Every 10 seconds or so, the screen will flicker off and on, i.e. the screen would go blank, then the fitbit logo would reappear, as if it is trying to restart itself. Other than that, there's not much more happening with the device.

Any ideas or suggestions in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi, @blaze187 , if you have already tried the restart procedure, probably this is now one for Customer Support: help.fitbit.com .

Good luck, and keep us posted.

Hi, I got the same problem with my Blaze, that started today right after I turned tracker's bluetooth on. It started turning on and off every 8 seconds. I can't restartit  because I guess it restarts faster by itsef (and then starts again ... lol)

So I'm wondering, how did you fix your problem?

It eventually turned off when the battery died. When I charged it and started it up, it was working fine again
