My blaze has just started to vibrate non stop i have had to let the battery go flat.
I have tried re-starting by pressing the top & bottom button but it isn't working and the charge isn't working either..
Not sure if the fitbit is completely broken or if there is something else i can do.
When it is plugged into the computer i can feel vibration still in the charger but the bar is not showing and I can't swipe across to other functions.
Can anyone advise other than restarting or resetting as this isn't working..

Welcome to the Forums @cburke123. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I recommend restarting your Blaze a couple of times more and if the tracker is not charging, please clean the charging contacts on the back of your Fitbit Blaze, since over time the contacts can accumulate dirt and debris that prevents them from making a good connection to the charger. Use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts; do not scrape them with anything metal because this can damage the plating and result in corrosion.
Now, if these tips definitely don't work, feel free to contact our support team, since they have the proper tools to see what's wrong with your device. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
