Hello! Received my new Blaze last night! When I set up Blaze for the first time, synched with my iPhone and did a software update on Blaze. Let Blaze charge overnight. When I place Blaze back in the band, Blaze is not working. Place Blaze back in the charger and it works just fine. When Blaze is in the charger, it will synch with iPhone and laptop. I even did another set-up via my laptop, still not working out of the charger Tried multiple times resetting Blaze with no luck! HELP!

Spoke with Support and their suggestions did not work, which were the same suggestions I had read, and tried, in the forums. I have to send in my Blaze and they are sending me another Blaze.
SIGH....

- From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
- Tap Set Up a Device.
- Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
