My Fitbit blaze not getting charged last week, and have tried all the options like restarting, Charging from electric charger, laptop USB port etc but no luck. The screens go blank and if you put in charger it shows setup screen for some 30 sec to minute and then shows the clock and charging blinks but even after 4 to 6 hrs its not getting charged.
Have called the customer support and they suggested the different options to charge and finaly they got convinced its not getting charged and they kept me in hold for few mins and confirmed they will be sending the replacement in 6 to 10 working days. Fitbit support is one of the excellent customer service have come across and kudos to them.
My big concern is, had issues with Charge HR the bubble forming under the display so have upgraded to Blaze to avoid it but the sad part is again with Blaze as well i got into trouble and past one week am not able to track any activites and am loosingmy ranking etc in my groups. Am really disappointed with quality of the products fitbit is serving its cusomters.

I'm very sorry that you had to go through this issues though but I'm pretty positive that with the replacement you will receive for your Blaze, that should take care of the problem with the Battery and also, I've not really heard of any user having issues with their Blaze bands so I'm pretty sure you will not have problems with this new replacement.
