Blaze Screen Blank. Not responding to charge. Fully charged this morning

Hi all, anyone having same issue with the Blaze? Fully charged as of this morning. Went blank screen during run this evening.  Not even a week old!!!

My blaze is fully charged it is sync to phone it updated in charging cradle .when its in crable it let's you go threw the screen functions but when in the strap not working nothing on screen

Why should we have to faff about resetting the **ahem** things??

Why, at this very high price, do they not just work???

 

Telling us to effectively 'turn it off and on again' is just an insult.

 

This is clearly a bug and needs fixing.

Do you have this bug resolved in the next version of firmware for the Blaze? 

If so can we download new firmware onto the Blaze???

 

i am hating this dodgy unreliable product.Would not recommend Fitbit's to anyone. Totally flaky.

greed git mine summer of 2016 just started having problems

Wow, what a **ahem**.....I had it for 1 day, put it on the charger last night and now I'm getting the black screen like everyone else.  Unit is on, green lights flashing, and it's connected to my phone.  I did every hard reset listed, still nothing.   Ughhh
