Has anyone experienced a discoloration with the pixels on your Blaze screen? Mine is only noticeable on the stopwatch/timer screen and the Zone face.

Hey there @rgs473. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

That sounds very strange and even more if you say this is happening just for the Stopwatch/timer and zone face screens. If it was something about the screen itself, it should be on all faces I think but if you could attach some pictures of how it looks on those faces and on the faces it's not giving you a problem, this would help to see what is going on.

Please keep me updated!

How do you attach pictures on a mobile device?

it only shows up on screens that have full bright color. The majority of the screens are centered and black, thus the discoloration doesn't show up because is happens on the right upper to mid side of the screen.

Huh, good question @rgs473. You can not attach pictures if you're replying from a mobile device. You will be able to do this from your computer and also if you open up the Community on your mobile device on your browser.

If you find this as a major inconvenient, I'd say, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team and they will be happy to take a look for you and help.

Let me know if you need more help with this! 🙂

I see now @rgs473.  Thanks for taking the time to upload the pictures!

In this case yes, you can definitely reach out to our Support Team and they will be happy to help you out. If you will email them, make sure to include the pictures because most likely, they will ask for them.

Hope to see you back on track soon!
