Why hasn't Fitbit come up with a repair department? I purchased Fitbit for my husband as a gift, and he hit it at work shattering the screen. I explained to the gentleman I was chatting with that I would rather not just blow 200 AGAIN . He agrees, and comes back with a 25% off coupon. -_- I understand that it's not Fitbits fault my husband hit his watch on something, but I would at least like to see a way to fix the problem rather than throwing it away and spending another 200. Especially when the product still works with the shattered screen. Very disappointed

Hi there @ktob. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry about your husband's broken Blaze 😕
At the moment, as you just mentioned, Fitbit doesn't have a repair center and this is because of the high demand globally on all our users, we instead advise them to recycle their defective trackers (not just throw them away to be environmentally responsible) and we offer a discount that are applicable to all Fitbit trackers in the case you'd like to go for a different model.
Thanks a lot for understanding and if you have any other question, feel free to let me or any other moderator know!

I have a similar problem with my screen. I have 2 hairline cracks on mine screen running from top to bottom. As of right now it's functioning like normally. I guess I'll have to just go with it until it finally dies!
