Through the chronograph clock, there is access to a stopwatch that stays on. This stopwatch as requested also has both analog and digital readout.

If you want to make a request for a feature to add, I rec cinema doing it in the feature request. I do see that such a request already exists.

Yes agree, this is really important for healthcare professionals. I can't reccommend this product to other nurses until they add this feature. So disappointed just got this and realize it is not going to work for me.

Hopefully they realize that healthcare providers either have to wear two watches, or not wear the fitbit at work. In truth, this is not practical for healthcare providers/EMT's/Paramedics/ or even Firefighters that may find themselves taking vitals.
It'd be really nice to see this feature! Currently I opt to not wear my Blaze whilst working due to the inablity to take basic vital signs without having the second's hand displayed long enough. Thus not wearing it, I rarely use it, and will likely not purchase another health tracking device without the specific feature. In closing, it was a waste of my wife's hard earned money since she purchased this as a gift for me. Since she purchased it as a gift, and I don't use it, it has led to many arguments that I don't appreciate what she "researched for so long, and put a lot of effort and hard work into finding the perfect health tracker" for me. If it leads to a divorce, I'm blaming fitbit!
ADD THE FEATURE FITBIT!!! SAVE MY MARRIAGE!!!!

I voted in favor of this. As an EMT I am unable to accurately check vital signs when needed.

Not the same thing at all... Screen time out is very different than a "chrono" timer that has to be manually turned on.

Down in the lower right is an arrow by the button. Tap the button once and your in the quick start stopwatch. This stopwatch will keep the screen on until the battery dies. It also displays a second hand and digital seconds, both have been requested by the community of health workers.
I'm not sure how hard it is to do one quick tap of a button.

How do I get to the stopwatch that doesn't time out? As a nurse I need more than 10 seconds!

@Gilean once you install the clock face mentioned above, simply tap the bottom right button. There is an icon by this bottom.

What does this icon look like? All I see is an arrow and when I select that arrow it takes me to notifications.

@Gphillips after installing the chronograph face you will see an icon, as explained above, that looks like an arrow in the lower right corner. You may tap this icon or tap the lower right button.
