I was given that information it didn't work i put it in the charging cradle and charged it for 2 days now my blaze doesn't stayed charged for very long it drains very quickly
It was low on battery, and I thought it had died, but the green lights were flashing, so I restarted it and it started to work, but it makes me worried that it might happen again.
I put my five month old fit bit blaze on the charger last night before bed. I woke up in the night and the screen was illuminated, but blank. I did the reset, it vibrated but the screen is black now. I can't shut it down because I can't use the screen. What do I do now? This is the first time I've had a problem with it.
My app still shows my progress, shows that the battery is full and the watch seems to still be fully functional, just can't be read. It's like it burnt out.
Connect via USB to laptop that has the correct date and it should automatically update. It seems to do this when I change time zones. Bluetooth may also work but not sure.
After the first reset and happened once more.reset again and has been alright since...glad it worked out for you...runners need to watch out for each other!!
it worked for me! praise god. i shut mine down because it wasn't syncing but I think I actaully did it while it was syncing. then the green lights would flash but no screen. thank god there was a fix!
