Blaze Screen

I just got my Blaze today  and the screen won't stop showing fitbit.com/setup.  It shows synced to my dashboard.

Im confused. The Blaze does not show a website. Did the unit get updated when you plug it in.

Or are you talking about the screen on the blaze that shows the FitBit Icon? If thats the case swipe left or right to chnage screens Tapping on screens will show you what is available on that screen as well

Make sure it's fully charged. Takes about an hour then perform a reset and then resync it again

@WendyB When the Blaze is firsr turned on, it displays the web address to got to, to download the software. This is www.fitbit com/setup.

@ksidlo when ypu say the Blaze is conected to your account, I'll assume you are able to see the Blaze as,a device on the dashboard?
Where ypu able to do the update to the Blaze?

I got it to finally update after i turned my phone off then back on.   working good now
