I just spoke to someone from the live chat yesteday about my fitbit Blaze I ordered yesterday by 11 pst and the woman I spoke to said that it would arrive on saturday but when I tracked the order it says Monday... I ordered overnight because of another person from live chat that said I would get it if I ordered overnight. Im just confused.

If it is shipping today, then overnight delivery would be Monday - as that is the next business day for shipping.  Some freight carriers have an option for a Saturday delivery, but I think this was not an option available for next day orders.  (It comes with a higher cost as well.)
