Blaze Sleep time error

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My fitbit Blaze is showing a sleep amount on the Dashboard of roughly double what it should. If i click on sleep the sleep page appears correct however the Dashboard remains incorrect. This has only occurred today. I have tried restarting and syncing to no avail.

You can edit your sleep time by going into your sleep log and selecting edit log.

This should not happen, but it actually happened to me the other day as well and hasn't happened since.

I'm having the same problem, I reset some of the sleep times. I restarted my place. Nothing is working.

I am having the same issue. It seems to have started when I did the last update. The sleep start and end time is correct But it is stating I also had roughly twice the amount. I've been hoping it would go away on its own but it has been 4 days and some of the previous sleep times were adjusted.

Thanks- i do know how to edit sleep start and end times but these are correct, as is the amount of sleep on the sleep page.  It is only incorrect on the dashboard .  Seems to be happening to others as well as i have seen another similar post.

Hi there @RosW @Bblaze @SunsetRunner, great to see you in the Community Forums!

I'm sorry you seem to be having problems with your sleep not showin up correctly...

As @kawaiiko says, this should not happen but in this situation, I'd recommend restarting your trackers. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.  This is just to ensure that your tracker will record your sleep properly and also, log out and log  back in from the app or from the web app on your computer.

While this might not fix the issue for that specific day, it will help to prevent this from happening in the future. Keep an eye on it and let me know if you need more help!

Thanks FerdinandFitbit.  Unfortunately this hasn't worked for me, in fact now the sleep tracking page has the graph reporting the same as in my dashboard i.e. about double my actual sleep time, although the day on the sleep page  is recording correctly.  Any other suggestions gladly welcomed!
