Blaze: Smart track worked for one day and then stopped working

I am using Blaze. Smart Track worked for one day last week and i was happy to have the feature. However my activities for past two days did not get tracked automatically as exercise (though I got the credit for steps, calories, distance and active minutes). Both of these activities were for more than 15+ minutes. I see some others have raised the same issue but looks like fitbit support has a generic solution/suggestion of logging the activity manually, but that defeats the purpose of auto tracking the activity. Can someone help? Thanks in advance.

Hi, @AshN, if your Fitbit is not behaving as expected, it is always a good idea to give it a restart.  Instructions here.  That will sort out all sorts of issues.

Also check your Account info and make sure that SmartTrack hasn't accidentally go turned off.

Basically I find SmartTrack accurate and consistent on the whole, but every now and again it just doesn't record, or records extra activities, or records an activity but gets the activity type wrong.  In these cases a quick manual log will get your records correct.  This should be the exception, not the rule, however.

OK. Just gave it a restart as suggested.  Will test it again tomorrow.  Thanks for the quick response.
