Pin came out of the watch where it connects to the frame of the Fitbit. I've only had the watch 2 weeks and the wristband fell apart after the 3rd day (I've been using the basic wristband.) I've looked for a replacement pin but can't find the same one.

You can't just get a pin. You will need a new band. I would contact support.

As @SunsetRunner suggests, the best thing to do in these situations is to reach out to the Support Team. Your band should be under warranty so don't worry. I'm pretty sure that they will be able to help you out and get you back on track soon.
