Blaze Synching

I am new to Blaze but have had both a Charge and a Charge HR. Although occasionally I would find syncing issues with the Charges, it was not the norm. However, the Blaze takes forever, and even then I have to force it several times. HELP!

My Blaze takes about 15 seconds to sync to my Android app, a little longer than previous trackers. However, I have all day sync enabled so I rarely need to open the app and sync.

 

You can try restarting it: restart

I wish it took only 15 seconds. It's more like minutes and then just stops. It takes multiple trys, sometimes it just suddenly does. It's very strange. I don't want to sync all day as I understand it hard on the battery, but will try for a bit.

@Snooker-Lady007 A warm welcome to the Community! I would like you to check the following requirements to make sure nothing is interfering between your Blaze and any other Bluetooth device. It seems to be working correctly because you mentioned sometimes it syncs by itself without you noticing it.
