My Blaze shows it's fully charged when I put it in the charger, but turns off as soon as I take it out. I changed some settings last weekend and got it to finally come on long enough to get it re-set, but it died again a few days ago and now it will not restart or stay on outside of the charger. I tried different bands, and cleaning the contacts (even though it shows fully charged when it's in the charger). Is it dead dead? Or ? I'm hoping there was a bad firmware update or something I can get reversed???!!!

So I contacted support, and their response is that "It's no longer under warranty"
I loved this product, but am hesitant to get another one if they aren't going to create watches that last. It works in the charger.....clearly an issue that they should look into.

I literally have the same issue going on. It will only work on charger! as soon as I open the charger it shuts off and is unresponsive. I tried the reset with the left and bottom right button but still nothing. Fit bit response was that it was out of warranty and sent me a coupon to use for a new one.. I am so aggravated! I feel like it was a bad update or something! Others are experiencing this issue as well.
