Hi,
So my Blaze cradle was working fine last week on my PC via the Windows 10 app quite happily. It was charging and syncing as usual.
Today however, when I went to charge my Blaze, Windows displayed the message that "the last USB devices connected to this computer has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it".
I have tried various methods to get it working, but none have helped.
My Blaze still charges ok, but obviously now it won't sync via the USB cradle and cable.
Any help please?

Yes I've tried all that.
I've now got it working again.
I had to restart my tracker.

As long as the Blaze gets power it should charge, your error message is telling you that you won't be able to sync through the cable.
My thought would be to try the wall wort that came with the phone. That would tell you if the power cable is defective.
