I just got my Blaze two days ago; it replaces my Polar heart rate watch and my Fit Bit Charge. However, the heart rate monitor on my Blaze is grossly inacurrate on my heart rate when I do spinning or the stairclimber. My polar was highly more accurate. Any advice?

Try it on the other wrist perhaps? I'm sure the link provided will help, but for those 2 activities it should work great. I haven't done the stair climber yet (I hate that thing) but for spinning it's spot on with my Polar.

Hello @judorama, @Rich_Laue and @bjanow, it's great to have you here! 🙂 @judorama Because blood flow in your arm increases the farther up you go, moving the tracker up a couple inches can be helpful particularly during exercises that cause you to bend your wrist frequently, I would suggest to take a look at this help article to learn more about: What impacts the accuracy of my heart rate reading?
Let me know if you have any question. 🙂
