Blaze - Update Tracker Software - 17.8.0.24

Hi,

Blaze device is hanging and asking to update tracker software. Please see the screen shot. It is not recognised on my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 blue tooth. Is anybody facing the same issue

If it is not being recognized,  then what device did you use to get this much of the update loaded.

Normally the fix is to kill the app on the phone, restart app, then start the update. It will continue from where it ledt off.

Once the update continues, move the app to the background,  if it is left on the screen, in foreground,  it will fail when the phones screen turns off.

Firmware version 17.8.0.24 was the original firmware that the Blaze had at launch back in March.

They should bring the earlier version  back !!!!!!!!!  Most of the problems seem to have taken place after the last software update took hold.
