Hi,
Last night I charged my Blaze.
When I took it off charge it shows nothing on the screen.
I have tried every combination of buttons to power on and nothing happens.
When I put it back in its cradle there is nothing displayed on the screen.
Fitbit app says it is looking for the device.
Any ideas?

It's the regular USB port. This machine doesn't have a 3.0 - same one I've been using all along so, whatever the problem is, it's new.

Have to say it was abt noon - I went to check the time and it was showing the two diamonds. Stayed that way for a couple of hours until it shut off and then wouldn't respond to anything. Managed to get the two diamonds showing again and I've got it charging (at least it's in the charger but no idea if it's actually charging). And, after about ten minutes of continual messages about it malfunctioning the computer has stopped telling me that things aren't working.

I have not used my FItbit Blaze for a few months so the battery is dead. When I plug it in, nothing comes up on the screen. I tried holding the two buttons but nothing happens, probably because the battery is dead%. Any other suggestions? Otherwise I can call support tomorrow.

I finally gave up - threw the Blaze out and bought a new Fitbit
