Hi,
Last night I charged my Blaze.
When I took it off charge it shows nothing on the screen.
I have tried every combination of buttons to power on and nothing happens.
When I put it back in its cradle there is nothing displayed on the screen.
Fitbit app says it is looking for the device.
Any ideas?

Mine will only come on when it is on the charger. Whenever i remove it from the charger it immediately shuts off and will not come back on. It says that it has a full battery. I hope you can help.

I’ve tried holding down the buttons as well. We are just trying to get our Fitbit Blaze to come on when it’s off of the charger. I’ve already called customer service, and the only advice that she gave me was to do what I’ve already done. Any other tricks that I can try before taking it back?

Hi there. I got a brand new blaze today for xmas, and when i went to set it up it said low battery. So i put iton charge and it didnt charge and is completely dead? Any ideas. Im desperate to have it

would recommend trying to restart the tracker once again but this time making sure you're doing it by pressing the left and lower right buttons for about 10-15 seconds. This will turn the tracker off, turn it back on by showing the Fitbit logo and this is basically a restart. If your tracker doesn't respond to this a all and nothing shows on the screen, please reach out to our Support Team who will be happy to take a deeper look and have you all set as soon as possible. Just be sure to let them know what you have done for them to move forward to a quicker resolution.

Thank you for this. I was having the same problem, the screen wouldn't turn on but the green sensor lights on the back were flashing. The app couldn't sync it and i was so worried it was done for. I tried resetting it like you saod and it worked perfectly.

My blaze will charge and work perfectly in the cradle, as soon as it is removed from the cradle. It is dead. The screen stays black! You cannot see the Blaze on the iPhone wither when it is in this state.
I have tried the restart when the Blaze is in the cradle and out of the cradle, tried at least 5 times now and nothing.

Mine turned to a black non functioning screen after I started my kickboxing class and I thought it broke. Thanks for helping me fix my blaze!! So happy!

Hi everyone! I'm glad to see you all in the Community Forums! 🙂
For those who haven't tried it yet, I would recommend restarting your trackers. Make sure you're doing it by pressing the left and the lower right buttons on the Blaze together for at least 12 seconds for it to reboot.
Also, please make sure that your tracker is up to date. For this, whenever you open up the Fitbit app, if there's any update available, you should see a pink banner at the top letting you know that you can attempt to update your device, so just go ahead and do it.
If you're still having problems after that, let me know and I'll be happy to help you out from there.

Please can you help me ferninand fitbit..
i have tried restarting in and out of he charge port.
It will restart in the charge port, but as soon as you withdraw it from the port.
there is no power, no green lights on the back and none on the screen
