Hi,
Last night I charged my Blaze.
When I took it off charge it shows nothing on the screen.
I have tried every combination of buttons to power on and nothing happens.
When I put it back in its cradle there is nothing displayed on the screen.
Fitbit app says it is looking for the device.
Any ideas?

LillyaFitbit,
Everyone on this entire post has kept you updated ad nauseum. The issue is abundantly clear, the longer this thread grows, yet you continue to provide zero help. Your thinly veiled attempts of customer service and consistent suggestion to call the customer service line is the equivalent of a stiff arm to the face. Most of us have already called customer service. We came to this forum as a last resort to try and find help. We are all having the same issue and every time we called Fitbit for a resolution they tell us our watch is no longer under warranty. To further clarify, your company has made an inferior product at a high price point which is why we are angry. You (Fitbit) were given the opportunity by us, your paying customer, to rectify the situation by standing by your product. You instead chose to throw an expired warranty in our faces and in my case offered a discount to buy another Fitbit product. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. No thank you.
Please feel free to reach back out if your company would like to do the right thing and replace our watches.

Couldn't agree more with you. Please do something and not just throwing the warranty issue on us. Obviously, Fitbit watches are not made to last as you claimed to be. We can't be spending that amount of price for a watch that only last for a year

At least they offered you a 25% discount.. me basically I'm Sh*T out of luck- so I said.. I guess you are telling me to throw it away.... I'm livid !

Thank you for your replies @THMYJ9 @KittyMeng @Taquise. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I totally understand how you feel about this and your feedback is greatly appreciated. Our Customer Support team have special tools in order to investigate the issue better and provide a solution based on the Fitbit Warranty. I understand you've invested in the Fitbit Family, however, we as any other company have policies to follow through. While customer satisfaction remains our number one goal, the demands of running a global business require that we enforce our warranty consistently. I appreciate your understanding.
Let me know if you have any questions.

My husband and I bought ours when they first came out. My only conked out this past spring and my husbands just now conked out, so i’d Say we got our money out of them. Now I found out Apple has a watch that not only does everything my Fitbit does but much more!

Here’s the solution for you all;
Take that overpriced paperweight to Best Buy. They have a great recycling/returning program there and get as much money as you can for it (or store credit, don’t remember) and go to the Apple section of the store afterwards. Tell em you like buy a Apple watch but you don't have much money and see if they can find any deals for you. The guy that hooked me up found a deal for me, and I got my watch (the first apple watch) for around $100 instead of the $300 whatever it costed back then. And bam. You’ll be happy in no time. Eh, you can even go swimming right out da box. Unlike most Fitbit, all apple watches are waterproof to about 30 i think it is..
I got my watch and I had enough leftover to customize it by getting a wristband and a nice screen cover and some watch protectors. I even still had $$$ left over for snacks.. Take that Fitbit.
P.S. My Apple watch, first generation, still working with NO ISSUES whatsoever all these years later and I’ve been in wrecks and dove past it’s waterproof limit, and its all scratched and banged up from this last hit & run accident i got into and guess what? Still working like da day I bought em! Just don’t look like it, lol 😂 Got dragged across the street in this last one.. still working though! I don't think a blaze would be! I’d bet on it.

I'm not an apple girl... and really love my fit bit.... but will carry in the paperweight and see what Best Buy will do for me.
Thanks much

Hello Liliya!
I don't know if you considered this option that work for me. I been stuck for days with my Fitbit Blaze because its don't turn on. No matter what button I press it just Turn on with battery 1 red line in the screen and then turn it off again. I tried everything steps on this foro and nothing work in my case. I resolve my issue doing this.
I connect the Fitbit charger cable directly to the computer USB port and PUYAAAAAA!!!!!! Its start charging again and turn on without problem.
I hope this work!

I've had it happen to me multiple times. It never worked for me tho.. I would just give up & not wear it or even touch, then at random it'll decide turn itself back ok.

I followed your suggestions and my Blaze responded (that is "woke up"). But all I get is the diamond shaped logo - actually two - one in the center of the screen and a "ghost" to the right. Won't respond to any combination of buttons.
I charged it fully this morning and it worked fine until a little after noon at which point it suddenly gave me the "double logo" thing that I described above. Wouldn't respond to anything but finally responded to the suggestion you made (which I'd already tried several times).
It just flashed the low battery symbol (red bar yet) which shouldn't be the case. So I put it on to charge and my computer is continually flashing that the USB device I just connected has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it.
