Blaze Won't Turn On

Hi,

Last night I charged my Blaze.

When I took it off charge it shows nothing on the screen.

I have tried every combination of buttons to power on and nothing happens.

When I put it back in its cradle there is nothing displayed on the screen.

Fitbit app says it is looking for the device.

 

Any ideas?

I contacted fitbit direct they asked me to do certain things and because I
had only had mine 5 months they sent me a new one.

I had the same problem that my blaze wouldn't turn on so I held all the buttons and the. It turned on. Try that if I doesn't work I'm sorry.

Make sure it’s charged and keep trying.

Tried several times nothing.....when i was about to sent request to support....it came back to life.

The logo is up on the screen and it blinks sometimes. I'm at half-charge but I can't get it to turn on. Have held down the left and bottom right button. Have tried everything. It's been dormant for a year. So, I'm worried there's a software incompatibility issue.

Having the logo up @debatvenus. Then the blaze is on. Let's try opening. He Fitbit app. Logging in. And doing an add device. Replacing your current Blaze.

Now it's saying "We found your tracker!" and the connecting to tracker
wheel has been spinning for over an hour now.

Not yet. My phone is still saying "connecting to Tracker" for like an hour
now. But it also says, "We found your tracker!" So I feel like that's a
good sign.

I would suggest restarting the tracker and the phone, then try again.

@debatvenus have you followed the link posted above? Simply hold in the left and lower right buttons to restart. 

If you want to turn it off you'll first have to set it up first.

Hi,

I just buy my Blaze,  I already charge it full, but I do not know why it won't turn on at all. 

When it is in charge,  it is turn on, I can see the watch,  but when I remove it, it just blank. 

I already try push a turn on button so many time, but it is not working. 

Please help.
