Blaze Won't Turn On

Hi,

Last night I charged my Blaze.

When I took it off charge it shows nothing on the screen.

I have tried every combination of buttons to power on and nothing happens.

When I put it back in its cradle there is nothing displayed on the screen.

Fitbit app says it is looking for the device.

 

Any ideas?

Hi FerdinandFitbit,

 

Would it be possible to paste the text of what support has done for the others.

Might save time for support and people if they can google it, rather than raise another ticket for the same issue.

My Fitbit blaze will not turn on. I have tried using the left and lower right buttons to restart it but without success. My original problem was when I tried to charge it the screen was the Fitbit logo. I do not know if it charged or not.

I suggest you ask the Fitbit support team to assist you further... good luck

Contact Fitbit support. Your battery in your Fitbit might be bad.

Hi it didn’t work on mine it’s only working on charge once u take it off it turn it self off and wudnt come back

It worked. I was so sad when my fitbit didn't charge and the screen wouldn't light up.

You folks rock! I had the same issue today when I got off the treadmill with a low battery. Wouldn't turn on even when I put it in the charger. All better now!!!

@Chrissybhoy pressing any button or placing the Blaze into its powered charger should turn the unit on. It would be turned on the same way it was turned on after purchasing.

Hold the left and lower right buttons down at the same time and continue to hold until you see the fitbit logo come on. All fixed!

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine.

 

I want to thank you all for troubleshooting this by yourselves and would like to know if you keep having issues with your trackers? Could you please tell me which troubleshoot have you tried so far? Have you tried to perform a restart? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hiya, my problem is exactly the same as @Bock65. Though I was wearing my Fitbit while cleaning and I got a splash of water on it so I’m wondering if this has something to do with it. Left in rice all night, the LED turnt on randomly when charging then went off and hasn’t come back on again. Tried reset options, no screen just green lights and vibrating. My phone is recognising the Fitbit also and says battery dead but it’s  on charge and not charging. Please help.
