Blaze Won't Update Time after Daylight Savings

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Blaze is syncing with my HTC M9 on everything except the time (displays day's stats). I have tried changing time zones manually, updating the app, restarting my Blaze, restarting my phone, unpairing the devices and re-pairing them, and every combination in between, yet nothing has worked. My watch continues to be an hour behind. Despite all of the features, my Blaze is first and foremost my watch, and it is a $200 piece of junk if it can't display the time properly.

If anyone has had this problem and solved it, please let me know!!

Hi there @Jcub713. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry about the inconveniences this might have caused 😕 This is as you know due to the daylight savings time change. You might want to take a look at this post from @CallieM for more information.

I'm glad it's now resolved and anything else you might need help with, let me know!

Hey there @kookiemen! Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'd like to know if you're still having problems with your tracker being stuck... Normally, if a restart doesn't work the first time, you can try a couple more times and see if that works  but I'd like to know if it's working now or if you still need help with it. Please let  me know!
