Blaze Won't update in APP

Go into app - says update available - press it - nothing happens.

Frustrating.

Been a month now.

Bluetooth on/off, wifi on/off, phone/iPad/computer on/off everything reset, re downloaded and all suggestions on here.

Now what?

Should have spent the extra 2hundy for a iWatch

A warm welcome to the Community @TellyNZL. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If you are having problems updating your tracker, I recommend verifying that the device that you are using is a Compatible Mobile Device. Then Restart your Blaze and follow the Update Procedure one more time from your iOS Fitbit app by following @SunsetRunner's instructions.

I am also having this issue.

 

I press the pink banner that says "Update Tracker" and it flashes grey but nothing happens.

 

I have the latest version of the iOS app, I performed a hard reset on my iPhone 6 Plus, I restarted the FitBit Blaze tracker. I still have this issue.

 

iOS app says my version is 8.104.1

Blaze tracker says my version is 17.8.104.1
