I been trying all day to update my Blaze and sync but it always stays walf way and then it stops for no reason, Im connected to wifi and I have cell data so I really dont know what is the problem please help me i try eveyrthing, i deleted the app the blaze from the app and still doesnt work

It's nice to have you on board @RodPadG! Thanks for the steps that you've tried. I would like you to make sure that you followed this syncing procedure.
Additionally, has this happened before? Are you getting any error message that's not letting your tracker sync? Do you have the latest app update? which is 2.39.1 for Android and 2.29 for iOS.

Hi, I'm having this same issue as of 2 days ago; and I can't run the update since the Blaze won't sync. My Blaze is not new (it's about 3 months old) so I've never had this issue before. Please help as it also seems to be draining my battery. I've had to charge the tracker every day (today will be day 3), when in the past a full charge has lasted 5 days!

I am having these same issues. I have noticed once before that this happened--usually I notice that the date and time on my Blaze is wrong. My Blaze hasn't synced to my Iphone since 12/17/16.

I am having the same issue. Tried deleting app rebooting phone and blaze. Still can not update or sync. Has anyone had resolution?

THIS IS ALSO HAPPENING TO ME. Very annoying. Won't sync or update. Starts process and just stops by itself mid way - no error, nothing. Rebooted watch, phone, bluetooth connection.

In case your battery isn't lasting as expected, make sure that you're charging it properly. Also, here are some tips that you can check to maximize the battery life. You can try restarting it as well to double check that everything works correctly.
If your tracker hasn't synced then please try this procedure. If you've tried it but your tracker is still not syncing you may want to contact Customer Support.
