New Blaze, it wont update and the "fitbit.com/setup screen won't change. It has paired and sync to my Windows 10 PC and Android. Is this phone bad?

Trying to pair to two devices that are next to each other may cause problems.

You mention a windows 10 pc, why not sync through the charging cable? Simply put the blaze in the charger and connect the charger to the pc

Thanks for the reply. I was using the charging cable. And if i understand the setup process, when connected, the battery should appear on the screen, indicating that its charging. This did not occur.  Herb Davis

As long as the tracker has the fitbit.com/setup there will not be any indication of chsrging other than a slight vibration when first connecting.

When you say you where using the charging cable, was it connected to the pc? Are you getting an error?

@H.D. welcome to the forums. Just like @Rich_Laue I'm also curious if your charging cable was connected to the PC or if your Blaze is giving you any sort of error? Do you see anything on the screen when trying to set up your Blaze? Sorry to answer with more question but I's like to have a better pic of the whole situation. In the meantime why don't we try with a restart? To do so:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your tracker doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my tracker? to turn Blaze off and back on again.

Good luck and keep us posted!
