Actually, we only have XL size wristbands for the black Blaze. If you want wristbands the rest of colors in XL size, you can take a look at the Make more frackers available in size XL! request, vote for it and leave your comment.

@SunsetRunner789  sorry you didn't like the response from customer service, but they did give you the best answer.

 

It's always faster to return the item to the place where you purchased it.

 

As for the band, you can buy a larger band at many retail outlets and at the Fitbit online store. I'm sure this is something you can correct on your own. You can always sell the small band or swap it.

 

I've been using Fitbit products since September 2013 and have always had positive results from customer service contacts.

 

Give it a chance and see who has a large band for sale in your area. You just might like the Blaze.
