Blaze is no longer being made by fitbit.
Bands can still be bought on Amazon

As a good customer of Fitbit, I'm really surprised that Fitbit does not guarantee anymore the replacement of the wristband and perhaps also other accessories like charger.
What about the warranty by Fitbit ?
I bought my Fitbit Blaze at the Fitbit Store and as a customer I expect service and warranty from Fitbit.
In Belgium, every retailer has to provide replacement parts for a period of 10 years.
I cannot understand that I have to buy a replacement wristband at Amazon and am really disappointed. My actual wristband is not broken, but I have sometimes serious rash underneath the band and therefore I would like to replace it by a leather or woven wristband.
What is Fitbit going to do about this ? As Fitbit customer, I will definitely not purchase it on Amazon.
