Blaze activity not showing on dashboard

After running and tracking it with the blaze I can see my time and miles etc on the watch but it does not show up on the app or the dashboard. I cannot compare for next time now. This was the reason I bought the blaze

On your dashboard be sure there is a "recent exercise" tile.  If there isn't you can add it using the rubic cube looking white icon in the left upper corner.

Hover over the tile and click the "see more" action that pops up at the bottom right...

click through the activities and rename them as you wish to make comparison even easier-

I had the same issue today; I ran my outdoor circuits for 33 minutes and it says I have 0 active minutes on my dashboard, however shows the active minutes on the bar graph.

I just had the same problem. My 20min walk is showing up on the dashboard but my 57min run is not.

I had this same issue last night when I ran and then the same issue this morning when I ran. I think it is something with the running part cause my workout and my walked worked and showed on my activity. Glad I am not the only one having this issue.

Yea all my other activities (walking and weights) show up just not running

Same issue for me. I just finished my run and although I saw stats on my fitbit immediately afterwards, there is nothing showing on my dashboard...

The same thing has been happening to me, as well. My "treadmill" workouts show, my "workout", "elliptical"...... everything except my outdoor "Run". Even though it is registering on my actual watch, once completed, it is not on my Dashboard.  It used to work just fine. 😡

I've noticed if you track the run it will keep in on the dashboard but other outdoor runs aren't

I was tracking it with the gps connected to my phone..... but didn't work 😔

I would like to know if you keep having inconveniences recording your exercises. Are you checking that your trackers are syncing? If they are not syncing, follow the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post and wait some minutes for the exercise to appear.

Yes, it is/was definitely syncing. But I did figure out that I had to open the app before I started my Blaze "Run" and also have the app open when I hit "done" on the tracker. That worked.
