Blaze adding runs I've not done.

When I go into the exercise screen to see what exercises I have done, I seem to have a run appear on each day that I haven't done. When I look at the data it tells me how many calories I have burnt whilst doing this run but also stated that it has 0 steps of my total steps already calculated. Does anyone know why this is happening? The times seem to be strange as well all random.

Huh, that's pretty strange @stacy123...

So, you don't recall running on the times that the runs appear? I could think it's because of SmartTrack which automatically records your activity from your tracker so that could be the reason but if you don't remember being active at the times that the activities appear, something is not working right.

I would recommend in the meantime, to restart your tracker. For this, press and hold the left and lower right  buttons for 10-12 seconds and your Blaze will reboot itself. Once this has happened, try it out for the next few days and see if this makes any difference.

Let me know how it goes and welcome to the Community! 😄
