I've had my Blaze since May of 2017 and it has been great. In the last 10 days, I've noticed that it no longer vibrates for notifications or my alarms. I've restarted the blaze several times and even turned it off and on again twice - nothing. The screen shows the alarm is going off and notifications for emails and texts come through, just doesn't vibrate. Please help.

A warm welcome to the Community @marylugonzalez! I appreciate the restart and the procedure you've followed. It's pretty weird that your Blaze isn't vibrating even after the restart. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team, they will continue assisting you on this matter.

Thanks for forwarding my issue. Unfortunately, support was unable to help - they only suggested that I get new device. This is disturbing since both Fitbit devices I've owned have had issues just after the limited warranty expired. Not sure I'll stick with Fitbit.

I have this problem as well and have even removed the app and restarting my phone and restarting bluetooth. Nothing has worked

I figured it out. Go into the settings of your Blaze and at the bottom click on "shutdown". Go into bluetooth and make sure your Blaze isn't paired, turn your Blaze back on and go back to settings to "Blaze Classic" and tap until it says "pair". While in bluetooth setting click on "scan" and the Blaze should pop back up to pair - make sure to keep the Blaze screen on. Then go back into the app and make sure all the call and text notifications are set up, then make sure it syncs. Fingers crossed it works for you like it did me!

@DyanaFerg - thank you for the suggestion, but I did try that and it hasn't worked. Support is telling me to get a new one, which I'm not too happy about. I really really like my Blaze.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Hopefully a resolution can be done so you don't have to buy a new one or a different one.
