No, there is not a way to adjust the intensity in any way, up or down. Many people have complained and Fitbit is certinly aware as it has probably been the top complaint on the forum here.

Yeah, it is a bummer for lots of people. It does wake me up fine, and my wife loves that it does not wake her up along with the entire neighborhood like my normal old alarm on my phone. Many people have complained about the vibration for all alerts, including phone calls and notifications as well.
You can add a vote here and maybe Fitbit will get some changes implemented

Exactly the same. My old Fitbit Charge2 was brilliant. Blaze is hopeless .
