Starting yesterday, Jan. 1, my Blaze and my son's Charge HR are not syncing. Messages saying the trackers aren't found. What do I do? I've tried turning bluetooth off and turning on. No luck. Updated software on phone and devices. No luck. What do I do? This is very annoying. This has never happened. Help.

That's very strange but I can suggest restarting both trackers and after that, try to get them to sync and see if that works.
For the Blaze, press and hold the left and lower right buttons together for 10-12 seconds and this will make them to reboot.
For the Charge HR, put the tracker to charge as you would normally do and while it's charging, press the button for 10-12 seconds as well and the Fitbit logo will appear on the display, that way you'll know it has restarted and you can try to get them both to sync and see if it goes through.
