Hi
I have been bought a Fitbit Blaze but only have an iPhone 4, from what Ive found online to get all the functionality of the Blaze I need to upgrade to at least an iPhone 4s. Is this correct please help

I'm afraid that's correct. There was a change to the Bluetooth hardware with the 4S that's required by fitbit. The full list of supported devices can be found at www.fitbit.com/devices
Do have a computer which you can use to setup and sync your Blaze?

That is correct. I'm afraid that if you're using an iPhone 4, you will be able to check your dashboard and your stats but you will not be able to sync through it. The Bluetooth on the iPhone 4 is not compatible with Fitbit trackers and only iPhone 4S and newer versions will have the capability of syncing. For the full list of compatible devices, click here.
