Blaze and Sleep Stages again.

I've looked at the past messages on this, but wanted to mention it still seems an issue.  I've had the Blaze since my birthday, and while it wasn't always consistent about tracking sleep stages, it did it more often than not (I'd say it missed doing it maybe one night in five or six).  Suddenly in the last few weeks (I'm looking suspiciously at the time of the firmware update) its largely stopped doing it at all.  Nothing has seemed to change; I ware the strap on the second to the last tightness setting (just like I have been), I'm getting about the same amount of sleep in the same bed.

Anyone else having anything like this?

A warm welcome to the Community @Thomas525. If you are having issues with the sleep stages feature, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to find some information about how this feature works.

I'd seen all that information.  The duration does not apply (for example, last night I slept good 7 hours with one brief interruption), I'm wearing the band the same as I ever did, and the battery is not low.

That's the point, nothing has changed at my end discernibly since the band stopped giving me sleep stages.  It was doing it about 80% of the time, and then around three weeks ago it stopped doing so (its had one complete sleep stages in the interim 18-20 days).

I am having the same issues. I just purchased the Blaze on Thursday last week. It tracked my sleep and HR with no issues Thursday through Saturday. Then a firmware update and now NO sleep tracking and the HR tracks for a short time after I restarted on Sunday. I did not have this problem with my Surge.

I'm starting to consider I made a mistake in updating....

Yeah, I can't say for say that the update is the culprit, but I'm kind of
finding the timing a little suspicious.

I’m having the same issue! It’s been over a week now of not tracking any sleep at all! I even tried restarting the device itself! I too have changed nothing, wearing the watch (Blaze) on the recommended placement and such. As an active person with trouble sleeping I’ve really been relying on the Sleep Tracker. I use mileage apps while running (bc they’re more accurate and reliable than Fitbit) so with out the sleep feature on my device it’s virtually useless to me.

Yeah, still talking to tech support, but so far nothing they've suggested seems to have any effect.
