Blaze and long term wear

I have been wearing my Blaze regularly for the past 6 months and I noticed it was getting loose so I tightened it. However, the reason for this became apparent when I took a close look at my wrist and I could see that my wrist under the Blaze had wasted and was thinning. In fact I have a permanent dent in my wrist! Needless to say I have stopped wearing it in the hope that my arm will return to its correct size and shape in time.

I was wondering if anyone else had had the same problem?

Er, not here.

Actually, BOTH my wrists have reduced in size since acquiring a Fitbit!

A little worrying though to get a blaze shape indentation at the top of my wrist which has not gone away after not wearing it for a few days. Not sure if this is a result of it being too tight or long term effects of the LED lights directly on my skin. I am quite skinny anyway so don't have much body fat on my arm, could be the reason I guess.

@Lleuadwen are you able to easily for 1 if not 2 fingers behind band while it is on the arm? If not then, yes it is to tight.

@jmattwood if both wrists are thinner, if you haven't lost weight this would still be a good sign. When first starting out, frequently the fat gets replaced with muscle.. Sometimes a measuring tape or your pants falling can say more than a scale can.

Anyway, yes, I was making the point that since acquiring the Fitbit, my wrists are thinner....as are my ankles, my knees, my bum cheeks...everything, really Smiley Very Happy
