@Lleuadwen are you able to easily for 1 if not 2 fingers behind band while it is on the arm? If not then, yes it is to tight.
@jmattwood if both wrists are thinner, if you haven't lost weight this would still be a good sign. When first starting out, frequently the fat gets replaced with muscle.. Sometimes a measuring tape or your pants falling can say more than a scale can.

Anyway, yes, I was making the point that since acquiring the Fitbit, my wrists are thinner....as are my ankles, my knees, my bum cheeks...everything, really
