Blaze and no connection to mobile device

I noticed yesterday that my time on the blaze was wrong and I went to my dashboard to see when the last time it synced and it said Nov 26!!!! I turned on location and bluetooth and it has it as paired to blaze but it is not syncing. I went to my watch and hit paired but nothing has changed. Help Help Help

It's  the app that trys to sync, not the Blaze

The pair on the Blaze is strictly for music control

 

With any sync problem try

* turn the Bluetooth off on any device nearby that yhe Blaze has ever synced to

* turn Off/On Bluetooth 

* restart phone especially if app was just updated

* restart tracker

* tell the BT setting on the phone to forget the tracker

* shutdown phone

* shutdown Blaze through settings menu

* remove the Fitbit app, install fresh.
