I've always bought my fitbits from third parties....Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, eBay (I've had 5 now).... Anyway, the two that are on their are taking forever and a day to get here. Every time I check tracking the date is further and further away. Is this always a problem? If so, I will stick with third parties from now on!! This is ridiculous and disappointing. My replacement HR was shipped on the 17th. Originally was supposed to arrive on the 20th, then the 22, now the 25??? And my new blaze ( which shipped early and I'm thankful for) shipped with an original arrival date of Thursday and it's already changed to Friday and I can only imagine that it will now not get here until the middle of next week. I was promised 3-5 business days and that is definitely NOT happening with this company 😞

The problem is that Fitbit marked everything shipped on a Saturday and didn't take into account that FedEx doesnt ship on weekends.  The Blazes were all picked up (at least the first shipment was) on Monday and are being shipped 3-5 business days from the 22nd, which means delivery between the 25th and the 29tth.

Mine said it shipped Monday and like I said, the date has already pushed back one day and that doesn't even count my other product 😞 just really stinks and I think I will stick with third parties from now on.

My date was originally due to be delivered on the 25th.  Of course, this was based on the ship date of Saturday which I knew was not correct.  Since it was picked up on Monday, my date is now Monday, the 20th.  (I opted for standard shipping). I am not too concerned as I am still getting it before I originally thought based on FitBit's release date target.

I totally get that but it's still frustrating to say the least to get excited about it to check your email and see that it's been pushed another day or two back and on my other product, like I said this has been going on for over a week with three date changes and I'm only about 9-11 hours from where it ships. and the first order was "expedited".

That would be frustrating.  I unfortunately live out in the country, so it takes a little longer to get to - since they shipped via FedEx smart post which gets initiated via FedEx, then handed over to USPS for final delivery.  *sigh*.  Hope you get your other products soon - hang in there.

And now I'm not getting it until next Tuesday which shouldn't shock me as I expected it, but hoped I would be proven wrong 😞 I just get why when you look at tracking it just sits in each facility for days before it moves again! I will never buy direct from them again. I will buy from third parties as I've always done up until now. I swear I think they are pushing that delivery truck here instead of driving it lol 😂😂
