Blaze and text messages

I just put in my order for the blaze, but I've been hearing that it doesn't allow you to text back...is that true?

@MDB_2610 correct, the Blaze only displays the notification. You cannot reply.

It is? I just read the manual, it explains that on iOS you can answer a call, but not talk into the tracker. That seems pretty clear.

But for text messages it says you can receive and manage texts, but doesn't say anything about responding to texts. The manual also fails to provide all the steps necessary to get notifications working (and last I looked help.fitbit.com wasn't complete on this subject). Not so obvious, and not clearly explained.
