Blaze app is showing full power but Blaze is showing out of power

I just got my Blaze a month ago and having a problem with the charging already. I fully charged my Blaze yesterday and then today the screen on the Blaze is showing its out of power. The app on my Iphone is showing full power. I've tried reseting the Blaze with no success, any suggestions ?

The Blaze is telling you to charge it, while the app is telling you the status of tye battery during the last time the tracker synced. Which would be when?

It was synced about 2 hrs prior and fully charged a little more than 24 hrs ago.
