Blaze band comes off too easily

I don't know if others are having this issue. The metal clip on my Fitbit tends to come off at the slightest rub anytime I am working or doing any activities. Twice I have lost it at work, once I replaced it then after losing it yet again, I broke down and purchased an new band. It has already popped of twice. I was able to recover it, bad design. I dunno how others feel, I have already made up my mind. if I lose this one I am just throwing the whole watch in the trash.

Hey @jojo001, a warm welcome to the Community.

Are you verifying that the wristband is well placed? I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I change the wristband on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

If I understand correctly, the actual Blaze is falling out of the retainer?
