Blaze band scam

I am about to replace a second broken band since purchasing my blaze in September 2016. There is no reason for these bands to break. I don't play sports. I don't work construction. I'm not rough on my blaze. At this point I feel they are made to fall apart. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and am regretting my decision to purchase a Fitbit.

Are you wearing it to tight?

I have many bands and switch them off. I have never had this problem

Thanks for your reply.

No, I don't it to wear it too tight. I don't think "wearing it too tight" is a good reason for a watch to fall apart even if I did.

I've contacted customer support and I am waiting for reply.
