Blaze battery and music control

My Blaze battery is not even lasting me through a single day anymore, i charge it all night and around 19h00 my low battery comes on.  The second problem i have is a haze type ring around 2/3 of the screen edge and it seems to have caused a sensitivity issue because it keeps trying to connect to my music control/notifications without me touching anything.  I have tried restarting it multiple times and now i am just frustrated and think it is now toast, has anyone had a similar issue that knows how to sort out my problems???
