For the past three days my Blaze has needed to recharge at least once a day. Today I charged it before I went to work and it is now on the charger again after only 6 hours on my wrist. And it’s taking less than an hour to charge. I am doing NOTHING different and settings were NOT CHANGED. Restarted it with no change in behavior. Before I factory reset or go back to using my iPhone for step counts any ideas out there?

Hey there @Soccernut433! 🙂 Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with the battery on your Blaze not lasting as it should 😕
However, I was able to check with our Support Team and it seems they're already taking care of this for you, so hopefully we'll have you back on track soon!
If you need anything else, let me know. I'm always around!

I have a question concerning my Blaze if you could tell me where to direct it.

Thanks! The easiest way might just be to show you. In fact, I was on
Facebook trying to upload some videos I took of the Blaze as it was,
apparently, dying.

Huh, that doesn't sound good @Billywoodward1. Let me help you with this.
I can recommend putting your tracker to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the charger and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this (every one or two hours at least) so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.
Keep in mind that it's extremely important for you to sync your tracker as the battery drains in order for our Support Team to evaluate your tracker's behavior and for them to proceed with the available options for you.
I'll be looking forward for your reply! 🙂

Hi! I am having the same issue, exactly the same issue, I have been charging my fitbit blaze almost every day and its dying every day. Did the Fitbit fix help you here? I noticed fitbit support replied and said they fixed something on the back end.
Please let me know I would love a solution!

I am having a very similar issue, which seems to have been over the last two to three weeks. I’ve noticed that the Blaze is losing charge much faster than it used to, and in fact died completely today. My normal routine is to give it a ‘bump’ every morning rather than charging it overning once a week or so, but even after charging it overnight it’s still running down really quickly. I sync it regularly, so you should be able to see the battery data theoughout the day.

My Blaze dies daily as well. My ChargeHR started doing the same thing until it just stopped charging all together. My ChargeHR was the backup to the Blaze.... It is quite frustrating because I have purchased 9 Fitbits in the past 5 years.
