I'm so disappointed with FitBit, my phone (Samsung 8+) and blaze were just fine for months, now (2weeks ago) my blaze will not stay charged. I have tried EVERYTHING, I now have a $200 paperweight but, not even that it's too freaking light. I loved my blaze and used it for tracking data and sleep. I've been told for two weeks that they are working on it, nothing has changed. Even with settings changed to not sync, blaze is useless. I now have beautiful bands for the blaze but can't use it at all. Support has been very sad and no help. This was my 3rd Fitbit product and sadly my last. Anyone else?

Yes, same bullsh*t here too. I am going to be switching away after the terrible customer service with this.

Horrible customer service. Too bad they don't read these comments and get a clue on how to treat consumers. I have a dead blaze too and they want me to downgrade - seriously!!! I paid over $150 and they want me to downgrade to a charge or alta and they will pay 50% toward that tracker.

I went through 3 charge HR's because the design was faulty. They sent me 2 replacements for free. Now they don't want to send out another crappy blaze because they KNOW that it's not working and they aren't servicing it anymore (hence why it's been discontinued). Horrible customer service.
