Blaze battery died, now Blaze won't sync

My Blaze battery died the other day.  After recharging the battery, my Blaze won't sync with my phone.  I've tried resetting the device by holding the left and bottom right buttons, but that didn't solve the issue.  Please help!

Hi @KatieBearLOL - I would suggest a restart of the device. Follow the instructions below. Come back here if you continue to have difficulty.

I also have a Blaze, only 3 months old. I had the exact same problem this morning. I tried everything from resetting my Blaze, restarting it, turning it off and waiting a couple minutes. Restart my phone, close the app, turn off Bluetooth... blah blah. NOTHING WORKS!

Finally I went into my phone settings for Bluetooth and hit forget this device for the Blaze. Tried to sync. Nope. Then my phone has a pop up message that the Blaze wants to pair with my phone...hmmm ok.  Went to he Fitbit app, hit sync. Now my Blaze is synced and updating. Good luck.

I had to do the same! I had to go to Bluetooth settings and forget the device on my phone, remove the device on my app and then re-pair everything and now it's updating! Spent way too much time trying to figure this out! lol

I have had this happen to me twice now and every time it's happened it's taken me ages to sort out there needs to be a option on the blaze to go into set up mode instead of you just waiting for your Bluetooth to do it for you. due to this issue I am really considering taking the device back as it has happened to me from just leaving my phone at home.shame really because i liked it when it was running OK.

I am having the same problem. Tried: resetting Blaze, turning off bluetooth on phone, turning back on, restarting phone, removing device in the fitbit app, adding it back in (won't add back in), removing the device from bluetooth connection on my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling fitbit app, and I'm sure there's more, I've been at it for hours. What is next?

I just had the problem, the watch doesn’t show up on my iOS Bluetooth settings at all.  I ended up shutting down my Blaze and restarting it.  It immediately synced and is working but still doesn’t show up on my Bluetooth.
