I've owned my Blaze for a few months now. For the first time since I've owned it, the battery died completely before I could get it to a charger. I put it on the charging cradle this morning and rather than the usual "battery charging" indicator I get, it displayed the Fitbit logo.
It's now been on the charger for 2 hours and is still displaying the logo. I've taken it off and on the charger a few times and the logo never goes away. I have no idea if it's charging or not. Is this normal, or is there a problem?

Look on the bottom of this page, for a link that says "Returns and Warranty ", then go to the top right of this page for the link to contact Fitbit. They will be more than happy to help you.
